Requirements for Registration in L.K.G.
- A valid certificate of date of birth.
- Two passport size photos and two stamp size photos of the child.
- Passport size photographs of the child to be affixed on the registration form and interview slip.
- The child to be registered shall have completed 3.6 years on 31st Chaitra of the year of admission.
- The child to be registered must be accompanied by the PARENTS.
- An interview of the child registered for admission shall be taken, the date of which will be informed at the time of registration.
- The interest and availability of the parents in helping the child will be specially counted in the selection of children for admission.
- Children brought for test and interview should be able to:
- Recognise and recite English and Nepali alphabets.
- Recognise and count numbers 1-20.
- Recognise colours, animals, birds and fruits.
- Answer questions smartly and intelligently.
Note: Admission to classes other than L.K.G. depends on the availability of seats.
Other Requirements:
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
- A copy of the mark list (report card).
- The minimum age required for various classes will be: .K.G. — 4.6; Class 1 — 5.6 and will continue respectively in other classes.
- Written test and interview will be taken in all subjects.
Note: Admission will be strictly on the basis of merit, of written test and interview.
